Where is Dennis?Don't you just LOVE how my plates look with Dennis' table and chairs? I can't believe how big Dennis is getting! I remember how big he was when we got this table. Now he almost fits it.
I love being this guy's mom.

house projects

My parents have never come to my house without improving it in some form or fashion. This trip was no exception. My mom picked out paint colors with me and painted my kitchen & finished painting the cupboards.
She also painted my bathroom. My dad put new caulking around the tub and replaced our toilet seat.
He also framed up the outside wall of the new bedroom they put in last year and painted it.
Thank you! I LOVE all of it. You two are so talented. We are so lucky.

James may as well be my second baby... Dennis and James look like brothers don't they? Except that they are almost the same size and 1.5 years apart.

My awesome parents came to visit for a week as they traveled down to Florida. We went to Grant's farm again.

Dennis and Grandma fed the chickens.
forced a smile... he wasn't feeling very good that weekend.

We also got to feed the camels. Now, that was cool.
Overall, we had a great time! Thanks for coming! We miss you.

During our down time in the afternoon my parents went on a canoe ride with my mom's cousins.

Dennis is all ready to go outside for the wedding. They served popcorn for the big show. Perfect for a little guy... kept him busy the whole time.
